CHICKEN CHOPS
Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 kg (fresh)
- Ginger garlic Paste - 4 to 5 tbsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 3 tsp
- Fresh Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
- Green Chilli - 6 to 8
- Garam Masala Powder - 4 to 5 tsp
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Egg - 2 (beaten)
- Black Pepper - 3 tsp
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- Salt to taste
Recipe Direction:
- Grind the masala items onion, green chillies, mint leaves make into smooth paste.
- In a large bowl add chicken pieces, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, 5 tsp oil, beaten egg, pepper add the above ground masala,garam masala, lemon juice and salt marinate for 1 hour.
- Add oil thick bottom pan, fry the marinate chicken finely add bay leaf saute it for 10 to 20 minutes in low flame.
- Add 1 cup of water mix well. And leave it for 10 to 20 minutes until its Cooked well.
- Garnish with onion rings, lemon wedges and coriander leaves and serve hot.
