 CHICKEN CHOPS


Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1 kg (fresh)
  • Ginger garlic Paste - 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 3 tsp
  • Fresh Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilli - 6 to 8
  • Garam Masala Powder - 4 to 5 tsp
  • Bay Leaf - 2
  • Egg - 2 (beaten)
  • Black Pepper - 3 tsp
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Salt  to taste

Recipe Direction:

  • Grind the masala items onion, green chillies, mint leaves make into smooth paste.

  • In a large bowl add chicken pieces, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, 5 tsp oil, beaten egg, pepper add the above ground masala,garam masala, lemon juice and salt  marinate for 1 hour.
  • Add oil thick bottom pan, fry the marinate chicken finely add bay leaf saute it for 10 to 20 minutes in low flame.
  • Add 1 cup of water mix well. And leave it for 10 to 20 minutes until its Cooked well.
  • Garnish with onion rings, lemon wedges and coriander leaves and serve hot.
