CHILLI CHICKEN FRY
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken - 500 gm
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 1 to 2
Capsicum -1 (sliced)
French beans - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Carrot - 1 (cut into cubes)
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Oil for fry
For Sauce:
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Fresh Lime juice -1/2 tbsp
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
For Chicken Marination:
Ginger and Garlic Paste - 2 tbps
Soy sauce - 4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Black pepper - 2 tsp
Cumin seed powder - 1tsp
Fresh Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Clean the chicken and cut into pieces. In a large bowl add chicken pieces and all the ingredients above mentioned mix well and keep aside. Let it marinate for one hour.
In a pan heat oil in medium flame add marinated chicken pieces let it cook for 10 to 20 minutes. Fry the chicken pieces in golden brown color and remove from pan and keep aside.
In the same pan heat 2 tbsp oil add onion, green chilli, capsicum, beans, peas and carrot cook for 10 minutes. They should be crispy. Add sauces to the pan mix well.
