 CHILLI CHICKEN FRY

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken  - 500 gm
  • Onion - 1 
  • Green Chilli - 1 to 2
  • Capsicum -1 (sliced)
  • French beans - 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Carrot  - 1 (cut into cubes)
  • Spring Onion - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Green Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Oil for fry

For Sauce:

  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Fresh Lime juice -1/2 tbsp
  • Cornflour - 3 tbsp

For Chicken Marination:

  • Ginger  and Garlic Paste - 2 tbps
  • Soy sauce - 4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 2 tsp
  • Cumin seed powder - 1tsp
  • Fresh Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste 

Method:

  • Clean the chicken and cut into pieces. In a large bowl add chicken pieces and  all the ingredients above mentioned mix well and keep aside. Let it marinate for one hour.
  • In a pan heat oil in medium flame add marinated chicken pieces let it cook for 10 to 20 minutes. Fry the chicken pieces  in golden brown color and remove from pan and keep aside.
  • In the same pan heat 2 tbsp oil add onion, green chilli, capsicum, beans, peas and carrot cook for 10 minutes. They should be crispy. Add  sauces to the pan mix well. 
  • Add fried chicken pieces. Mix everything well. Add fresh lemon juice mix gently.
  • Garnish with spring onion , onion rings and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
