 CHICKEN CAFREAL SALAD

 

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken - 250 gm ( Shredded)
  • olive Oil - 3 tsp
  • Onion - 1 (cut into thin slice)
  • Cabbage - 1 cup (cut into thin strips)
  • Green chillies - 3 to 4 (chopped)
  • Green Capsicum -1 (cut into thin strips) (or) Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Red Capsicum -1 (cut into thin strips)
  • Tomato - 1  (cut into thin strips)
  • Min leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp 
  • Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp 
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies with lemon juice into a blender and make into a paste.

Add the chicken pieces, salt and pepper into this paste mix well and keep aside to marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.

In a large pan pour olive oil and add the marinated chicken pieces. Cook until it is cooked. Add all the sliced vegetables mix gently and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in between.

Add 1tsp of chaat masala and lemon juice over it.

Serve hot as a cocktail snack or as an accompaniment with the main course.
