 CHICKEN KEBAB


Ingredients:

  • Minced Chicken - 500 gm
  • Butter or Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato -1 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Green Chillies - 3 to 4 (finely chopped)
  • Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Fried Curry Leaves 
  • Lemon wedges

 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together (except oil). Apply butter or oil in your palms and shape into long rolls.

On a tawa add 2 tbsp oil. lay the kebabs gently and fry for them for 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Keep on turning them in between for even browning.

Garnish with fried curry leaves and lemon wedges.

Serve with tomato sauce and crisp salad.
