CHICKEN KEBAB
Ingredients:
- Minced Chicken - 500 gm
- Butter or Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomato -1 (finely chopped)
- Ginger and Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies - 3 to 4 (finely chopped)
- Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
- Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin seed powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- Fried Curry Leaves
- Lemon wedges
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together (except oil). Apply butter or oil in your palms and shape into long rolls.
On a tawa add 2 tbsp oil. lay the kebabs gently and fry for them for 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Keep on turning them in between for even browning.
Garnish with fried curry leaves and lemon wedges.
Serve with tomato sauce and crisp salad.
